Tantus has a new-ish line of Little Secret vibes. The entire line is a combo of a bullet topped with a high quality silicone sleeve. There are five different designs and colours — all of which are  so colorful and playful — so, of course, I want to collect’em all! To start me off, Tantus awesomely sent me the Spoon (the orange one!) for review.

The bullet is a chrome bullet — I will say right off the get-go that I love, love, love this bullet! This is a single-speed, no patterns kinda bullet, which is operated by a push-button located on the base. The cap is sealed by an o-ring making it waterproof and fully submersible.  The pointed tip is amazing for pinpoint stimulation, the length makes it easier to hold onto, and the N-battery is more powerful than watch batteries. The N-battery actually puts out enough power that I can orgasm without a problem.

The bright electric orange sleeve is made of nothing but the best — 100% ultra-premium silicone. It is soft and plushy, with  a glossy finish. There is a bit of a surface drag but, as always, lube will increase the pleasure. The sleeve fits snugly over the bullet and is a bit frustrating when trying to remove it for the first time. I found my myself tugging, pulling, wiggling, and twisting away at the little bugger. When I finally got it off, I added a dab of (water-based) lube into the sleeve before reinserting the bullet which allowed it to easily slide in and out with no friction.

While the Spoon is advertised as a g-spotter, I find that it lacks in length for g-spotting purposes. It could maybe reach a very shallow g-spot, but I doubt it. The broad flat head is great at spreading the vibrations and stimulating a larger area, and if you are anything like me who requires a little bit of pressure on your clit, this is definitely worth snatching up. The Spoon also pairs up nicely with other Tantus dildos, such as the Alumina Flow.

In terms of power, the vibrations are decent with and without the sleeve. It’s definitely not a powerhouse but let’s face it — they’re bullets! While the bullet is pretty strong and will provide pinpoint stimulation if you remove the sleeve, the flat head of the sleeve causes the vibrations to be more diffused — something I initially thought would be a disappointment.  Turns out, I love the vibrations! It is virtually silent and perfect for those who like to masturbate on the down-low.

As for cleaning; very simple. Since the sleeve is made of 100% silicone you can wash it with an antibacterial soap and warm water, bleach it with a 10% bleach solution, or plop it into a pot of boiling water. For the bullet, merely wash it with an antibacterial soap, or a toy cleaner and you are good to go. I recommend removing the sleeve before any kind of cleaning to ensure you get any gunk (eg. lube, juices) that may collect between the sleeve and the bullet.

Overall, I think the Little Secret Spoon is a wonderful little vibe. In most cases the expression “Great for beginners” is code for “This buzzy little bastard is too cheap and too weak to get me off”. But that is not the case with the Little Secret vibes — these little wonders are the ideal starter toy. Honestly. They are well-made, attractive, discreet, powerful, waterproof, light-weight, easy to use, and affordable…..and collectable!

I’m a total colour slut and I now crave the entire rainbow!

Thanks, Tantus!

With my love for bullets and unique toys, I was really excited to receive the Touché Little Snooper from FunWares to review.

The Little Snooper was presented to me in a drop dead gorgeous, sophisticated packaging. The toy is clearly visible through the open front while encased in a clear plastic mold, giving the illusion that the toy is “floating”. It’s not discreet, but indeed a very nice presentation and would be nice for gifting. Though, probably not suitable to reused for storage.  Included are 2 information booklets with instructions written in 8 languages, the bullet key (which I’ll explain in a bit), the bullet and sleeve, and the 2 included watch batteries.

The Little Snooper is definitely little. With its round pink silicone body and  squiggly tail, you’d probably agree with me that it looks like nothing other than a sperm. Housed inside its body is a teeny tiny 1-speed bullet (removable) that looks like a maggot – ok, that was really gross of me. The body and tail of the sleeve are made of 100% pure silicone which is non-porous, phthalate free, latex free, and hypo-allergenic. It is very soft and velvety feeling. Although the silicone is completely body-safe, after inspecting the toy more closely I realized that the bullet is nowhere near waterproof – not even water resistant. This opts out being able to insert the toy (vaginally and NEVER anally) while using the tail as the retrieval cord (which was my full intention) as bodily fluids can get into the bullet and ruin it. Also, there is no way to fully clean the bullet without getting the battery compartment wet and there is no way to fully sterilize it either. The bullet can easily collect and hold onto bacteria which can cause infections. It’s best if this toy is used externally.

Now, about the key. This key is used to easily retrieve the bullet from its sleeve. The tip is hooked and by sliding the key down inside the sleeve along the side of the bullet, give it a slight twist then pull out. The bullet will effortlessly pop right out. You don’t want to lose this key, as there is no other way to remove the bullet without risking damage to the silicone. Keep the key in its envelope, and in a safe place.

When it came time for the test drive, I must admit that I wasn’t overly impressed. It’s a great teaser toy by all means but don’t expect any earth-shaking orgasms to be delivered. I wish the bullet was a little lot stronger.  The vibrations are felt very lightly to almost not being there at all, which was quite disappointing. So, unable insert it in any way and it being clearly impossible to orgasm from, I had to find an alternative method of use.

Surprisingly my partner and I came to enjoy this toy in other ways by dangling the little snooper by its tail and running it along different sensitive areas the body. You can do this in areas  such as inner thighs, nipples, belly, back or any where you may be ticklish. The vibrations are very light and very quiet so they definitely don’t steal the show. But, its a great teaser like said. You could almost call it a “flirty toy”.  Remember when tickling was flirting?

Overall, I love the design. It has lots of potential but sadly it just doesn’t deliver as well as it could. If the Little  Snooper doesn’t seem right for you, FunWares also carries many other toys at some great low prices.

Thanks, FunWares!

Flexa PleaserI’m a bullet girl. There’s no doubt about it – I love my bullets! I also believe that every woman should have at least one bullet in their toy box. Bullets are quite a versatile toy that vary in many different shapes, sizes and styles – I tend to collect’em all! It’s like a Pokemon thing. That’s why when I seen the unique design of the Luv Touch Flexa Pleaser Waterproof Massager from Pipedream Products, I just couldn’t resist!

The Flexa Pleaser is a waterproof bullet massager, with 10 functions of pulsations and vibrations, attached to its handle/battery compartment by a flexible stem. The bullet itself is about 2 inches long with a girth of about 3 1/4 inches. The stem is 2 inches long and the handle is about 5 1/2 inches long – giving a total length of  about 11 inches. The stem  is very flexible – too flexible actually. I found the more I bent the stem the more flexible it became over time.  With not much pressure added the stem bends so I can’t get the direct pressure I require. It’s more like a surface vibration than a deep vibration.

The vibe is made of plastic, coated with a nice smooth velvety finish and with a little dab of lube it feels fabulous against the clit!

The single touch power button which is located at the end of the handle is super easy to control. The handle also houses 2-AA batteries (insert/remove them by twisting of the cap at the end). Just push the button once to turn it on and continue pushing to cycle through all the different variations of vibrations and pulsations, and then again to turn it off again. Having to cycle through all the settings can be a bit of a drawback for some, especially if you need a quick turn-off. No biggie.
Vibration patterns:
  • slow continuous vibration.
  • medium continuous vibration.
  • fast continuous vibratons.
  • short deep pulses.
  • 4 short pulses followed by a medium pulse.
  • rollercoaster continuous vibration.
  • rollercoaster pulse.
  • 6 long pulses, 6 medium pulses, and then lots of short pulses.
  • 10 short pulses then 1 very long pulse.
  • Teaser : many short pulses then 1 very long pulse.

Clean it with warm water and soap or a toy cleaner, wipe dry and store it. Storing is just as easy, with no special storage precautions you can store this just about anywhere while you don’t have to worry about it reacting with other materials in your toy box.
The Flexa Pleaser is an alright toy. I like it.  It’s ideal for anyone new to sex toys and who is going for discreetness, and variety while  looking to not spend much on a sex toy. It has plenty of vibrational options to experiment with,  it’s modestly sized, smooth, and far from intimidating. It’s more a soothing vibration and doesn’t have much oomph for you vibe veterans or Power Queens out there, but  it does certainly have enough to get the job done. What I like most about the Flexa Pleaser is that if accidentally spotted, it could pass as “just a massager”. It doesn’t scream “sex toy” in any way and I have no problem leaving it out where it can be seen.
Thanks, Pipedream!
